Prices & Important
Our pricing is not based on fixed dates but on capacity and time of booking. The earlier you book, the cheaper the room rates will be.

Our room prices are in EURO per room and night including breakfast, plus visitor's tax (2.70 EUR per person and day, from 17 years). The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 15:00 clock. We ask for departure until 11:00 o'clock. The AGBH - Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

- Pets: € 25.00 per day
- Underground car park: € 15.00 per day

Payment terms
Your reservation is fixed with a deposit of 40% of the total amount. You are also welcome to give us your credit card number with expiry date and CVC number and we will book with thanks (MC, VISA). Alternatively, you can of course pay your deposit by bank transfer. The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival (or by appointment). We ask for departure until 10.00 o'clock. For late arrival and arrival, the full room rate will be charged. Please note that we charge the full amount for reduced rates. No cancellation is possible.

Cancellation fee
In case of early departure or late arrival, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply! The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 15.00 (or by appointment). We ask for departure until 11.00 o'clock. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival possible. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival we charge 90% of the room price. Except action rates - these can no longer be canceled.
