When is breakfast served?

Our rich breakfast is available from 7:30 to 11:00. The breakfast buffet is set up until 12 noon on weekends and public holidays.

Can I have breakfast at your restaurant as an external guest?

External guests can also come to us for breakfast. The price including hot drink, juice buffet and freshly prepared egg specialty is EUR 22.00 per person.

How do I get into the underground car park?

Please give us a call on +43 4274 50777 if you are standing in front of the gate and we will open it for you. The price for the garage is EUR 15.00 / day.

Are there other parking options?

We only have an underground car park directly at our Hotel Rocket Rooms. A few minutes' walk away you will find public parking spaces, where you can also park for free. Please note that we accept no liability for parking outside of our underground car park.

Where can I go swimming in summer?

NEW from summer 2020! As a hotel guest from May to September, you are welcome to choose between lake access in the SOL Beachclub and that in the Villa Bulfon. Both lake accesses are only a few minutes' walk away and free of charge for you.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog with you for a fee of EUR 25.00 / day.

What are the opening times of the reception?

The reception is open daily from 7:30 to 18:00. You can then check in with our staff at the Rocket Restaurant & Bistro or at our check-in terminal. Check-in at the terminal is possible around the clock.

How does the check-in work at the terminal?

1) Select the desired language.
2) Enter your last name. Your reservation will appear.
3) Park your car without worry at EUR 15.00 / day in our underground car park. Your room card is the entry ticket.
4) Click OK and pay for your room with Maestro, Visa or Mastercard (a PIN is required).
5) Enter your details in the registration form and sign on the blue pad.
6) You will receive your room card with room number and your room bill.

Is the hotel barrier-free?

Yes, the Hotel Rocket Rooms is barrier-free. You can also book a barrier-free room on request at velden@rocket-rooms.at.
